🚦 Pet of the Week: Lightning McQueen 🚦

Ka-chow! Meet Lightning McQueen, a 2-year-old fox terrier mix who’s as speedy with his zoomies as he is with cuddles once he’s settled in. This athletic, affectionate, and playful guy might start out a little shy in new surroundings, but once he warms up, it’s game on—fetch, toys, and running around with his brother Mater are his favorite pastimes.

Lightning’s still brushing up on housetraining and basic commands, but with consistency, he’ll be cruising right along. He’d do well in a home with kids or other dogs (with a proper intro), and while cats are a mystery, Lightning’s heart is wide open for love.

🏁 Ready to bring this champ home? Lightning McQueen is adoptable now through the Coulee Region Humane Society. Learn more and apply here: Adopt Lightning McQueen »
