🎨🌿 For the Benefit of Both
This isn’t just an art night. It’s a community rally for one of La Crosse’s most beloved places.
The Nature Place has been a quiet force for good in our region—teaching kids to love bugs, showing families how to build deeper bonds with the land, and reminding all of us how nature is something we’re part of, not separate from.
Now, after the unexpected loss of AmeriCorps funding this spring, they’re asking for our help to keep that mission alive. “For the Benefit of Both” is their first step into a new model—and we get to be part of it.
Here’s what you need to know:
🗓️ Tuesday, July 1 | 6:00 – 8:30 PM at The Nature Place in Myrick Park
🎟️ $25 ticket includes art workshops, food, drinks, and all the magic of Myrick in summer
🎨 Hands-on art workshops: cyanotype printing, still life drawing, and a paint-it-yourself mobile mural
💚 100% of proceeds go directly to educator salaries to keep their environmental programs alive
This is more than a fundraiser. It’s an invitation. Let’s show up, get creative, and protect the kind of community learning that ripples outward—into families, classrooms, parks, and generations.
