Keeping Pets in Loving Homes
Recognizing the healing power of companion animals, Heart2Heart Pet Lifeline is making a difference where it matters most — by helping families and pets stay together.
Through financial assistance for veterinary services and other urgent pet needs, Heart2Heart ensures that no pet owner has to face an impossible choice between surrender and care.
Working with the Coulee Region Humane Society, local rescues, and veterinarians, this nonprofit awards grants to income-eligible families in La Crosse County, helping pets stay healthy, happy, and exactly where they belong — at home.
Heart2Heart also maintains two Little Free Pet Food Pantries in La Crosse, offering a lifeline to neighbors and their beloved companions.
Every grant, every meal, every act of care — it’s all about keeping love alive. 🐾❤️
