The Event Services Manager is a full-time university staff position, which is part of the Office of University Centers within the Division of Student Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (UWL). In conjunction with the Associate Director for Events and Facility Operation, this position is responsible for managing the University-wide Reservations program and directs operations related to University Center’s events, including supervision of event planning and support staff. This position is the primary contact and planner for complex and large-scale events and conferences. The Grant Specialist will collaborate with the Grants and Compliance team for oversight of compliance related activities including assisting with pre award, reviewing and implementing grant terms and conditions, and staying up to date with Federal rules and regulations with minimal oversight.
